Shipping policy

Purchase of Classified Advert listings and items marked as digital downloads will trigger a digital download of your item. In the event that you do not receive your download, please contact comms@rcpod.org.uk within 5 working days of purchase.

All other items will contain details of dispatch time and method within the product listing. Please note that your order may be dispatched from multiple suppliers and arrive as separate packages.
