Exchanges

In the event that you have ordered an incorrect advert category then we can transfer this to an alternate listing type of the same value. Please contact advertise@rcpod.org.uk to request a transfer. Transfers are not possible after the advert content has been listed. 

Physical items which have been purchased may be exchanged where faulty. Personalised items are not eligible for exchange where the error has been on the part of the purchaser. Please check all submitted details carefully prior to ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights. 


Refunds


Should you no longer require the advert that you have purchased please request a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund has been approved. If you are requesting a refund because your provided content did not meet our Terms and Conditions then your request will be denied. All Terms and Conditions of advert listings are detailed within the product description and viewable prior to purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Physical items which have been purchased are eligible for refund within 14 days of you receiving your item. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the refund request. A refund will be processed when the returned goods are received in their original condition. Shipping costs are non refundable.  Personalised items are not eligible for a refund where the error has been on the part of the purchaser. Please check all submitted details carefully prior to ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
